Meet Debbie

After traveling around many parts of our country, as well as abroad, Debbie has found that the Puget Sound area is her favorite place to be -- right where she spent her time growing up.
 
From skiing in the mountains...to boating on salt water...to enjoying golden fields and clear lakes of Eastern Washington, this area is unique and beautiful like no other place she's visited.
 
Debbie lives on a quiet little "farm" where she and her family enjoy their extensive flower and vegetable gardens.
 
At the renown "Manor Farm Inn" in Poulsbo, you would have found her preparing delicious meals in the kitchen, ordering wines for the various dinners and parties, and placing the last minute finishing touches to the guest rooms before the weekend visitors arrived.
 
Debbie left the Manor Farm Inn to work for Nordstrom in the flagship store in downtown Seattle.  Working for Nordstrom was a wonderful way to meet terrific people and acquire the "Nordstrom Way" of doing business.

Debbie's past professional experiences have always focused on customer satisfaction.

I have been practicing Real Estate here in Kitsap County for more than 10 years. In 2002 I earned my Associate Brokers license, and in 2003 I earned the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation.
 
I also hold an Internet Marketing Specialist designation and a CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, of which only 5% of the Realtors in the United states have earned.
 
I have an active internet marketing presence, with two domain names that allow visitors to access the Multiple Listing Service, community web pages for relocation information, ferry schedules, wether, school information and much more.  These domains are Poulsborealestate.com and Bainbridgehomesearch.com.
 
I have had the opportunity to chair the Windermere Foundation.  This rewarding position allowed me to participate in delegating funds, donated by the local Windermere Real Estate Agents, to help families in this is area that are in need of financial assistance for shelter, clothing, food and school  supplies.  This was truly a rewarding experience.

I enjoy this business a great deal.  I love the challenges, the people, the variety and the knowledge that I am helping people through a potentially complicated and stressful period of their lives.  There is nothing more rewarding than closing a sale and having happy clients. I have experience in many different types of properties, from farms, waterfront estates, in-town residences, raw land and condominiums.  If I need second opinions, I'm not afraid to ask for help from the wonderful team of agents I work with at Windermere.
